I made the word up. But it best describes my being this week. Every morning when the alarm goes off I feel as though the bed monsters are tearing on my hamstring and triceps to ensure that I do not leave. The effort to go from horizontal to vertical has been such a chore. And even worse... the days haven't been much better. I feel as though I am a zombie with the occasional zip from a coffee rush- hence being "Coma-
fied." The above photo explains it all.
On a happier note its only 21 more days (not that I am counting) until I am lounging on a beach in
Punta Cana with a delicious fruity alcohol filled beverage in my hand and
brandon waving palms over me. I will probably also consider myself "Coma-
fied" then too, but in a GREAT way.

On my list of to
do's before our excursion (Its only 4 days but I like to make it seem like its lifetime of happiness that awaits) I had to order some new books. They came yesterday from amazon, and the titles are..." Getting Things Done- The Art of Stress-Free Productivity," "The Road Less Traveled- A new psychology of love, traditional values and spiritual growth," and "Stumbling on Happiness." Not exactly your typical beach reads eh??
Well don't run off to Amazon yet, let me read them and see how drastically my life changes and then I'll share the love if it is worth it.
Another side note is that I have fallen madly in love with Power Yoga. The studio I go to is
Power Yoga Buffalo they are amazing. You sweat your brains out but you feel like a new person when you leave. Since I have gotten all "Yogi-
fied" (another new word for the day) I have become in love with
Lululemon clothing. It is expensive but totally worth the money, I could easily drop $500 in 5 minutes. They have great tech stuff for running too, and I am sure it is "
techy" enough for our upcoming dog walking career as well. I think our next adventure should be for you and I to find and
Lululemon Outlet somewhere in this country!
AHHHH heaven!
One of their quotes on their blog yesterday said "Friends are more important than Money" I though that was fitting for our blog today. So true--- although we have to have money to buy that great gear...duh! :)
I saw a mug on
pinterst that said "I'm to blessed to be stressed" I guess that will be my
motto today.
Oh and one healthy quote from last nights yoga session...
"Change is not something that we should fear. It is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they're meant to be."
(Moral to story- Embrace it Bitches)
